SASSS, an organization with a presence in Madhya Pradesh since 1977, has been steadfast in its commitment to providing healthcare services to the indigenous population residing in the Madhya Pradesh. In 1978, the inception of Karuna Hospital marked a significant milestone, initially operating as a health post but subsequently evolving into a premier medical center boasting more than 100 beds and various specialized departments.Since 1992, SASSS has expanded its scope to engage in community development initiatives, collaborating with both domestic and international organizations.
