New skills and competencies to youth to enhance their efficiency for job opportunities are provided in view of self employment and personality development of the person. Lessons on tailoring, knitting, embroidery, kadai bunai and boutique making are imparted to 85 girls every year. The youth after obtaining skills start their own livelihood plan and find employment. The rural women are trained in poultry and gotary which is also related to rural life. Also we have trained them in very compost making and educated them in natural faming.
