Organising Learning Centers to provide training, advisory and supervisory support for campaigns of literacy, coordinating instructional programmes in improved agricultural practices, legal rights (right to food, right to information and right to work / livelihood), creating community cells for support of the government school programmes, conducting topical information and skill campaigns.
